The project for this building was conceived with the idea of mixing up all the advantages of living in a modern apartment, keeping at the same time the possibilities that a house can offer.

 

The floor plan is distributed in full-floor apartments and half-floor apartments, all of them with north-facing terraces. These terraces have planters that allow plants growing in them, so it will filter the sun during the warmer months.

 

Each one of the apartments was carefully designed using floor to ceiling windows to offer their owners luminous and ventilated spaces.
