The project is located in the Costa Esmeralda neighborhood, situated a few kilometers from the town of Pinamar. Designed as a house that promotes recreation, connection with nature, social activities, and individual enjoyment. Its design takes the form of an L-shape, gracefully reconstructing the lot's frontage while extending to one side, creating a harmonious union between the public and private areas of the residence and the surrounding park.

The boundary, composed of opaque and translucent vertical planes, is projected in a way that enhances permeability between the street, the house, and the park, as well as the entry of light. Acting as transitional spaces, the entrance porch and gallery serve as thresholds, facilitating connections among inhabitants and their environment.

The house, with a contemporary image, is expressed through the honesty of exposed concrete, the warmth of wood, and transparency.
