Located in the city of Mar del Plata, just a few blocks from Plaza Mitre on a plot measuring 10.39m x 25.98m, the building boasts a contemporary aesthetic, aiming to convey to its residents and the city an image of clarity and subtlety. 

 

The project seeks to enhance the experiences of its residents by ensuring spaces enriched with natural light and a connection to the outdoors. This is achieved through a three-dimensional boundary of variable thickness composed of large glass surfaces and spacious terrace balconies that combine the purity of white with the nobility of exposed concrete. These elements provide it with a distinctive identity that gives the building character. The quality of the materials also guarantees the enduring presence of the building's image over time. 

 

The building features two and three-bedroom apartments, parking spaces, and a barbecue area with terrace and solarium, which functions as an elevated plaza allowing for multiple uses while enjoying excellent views of the city.
