Location. 

The Itaim I is strategically located in Mar del Plata's La Perla neighborhood, just a few meters from the coast and Independence Avenue. Its location provides easy access to the entire city and allows residents to enjoy the coastal boulevard and beaches. 

Architectural Design. 

The building will be a significant urban landmark for the neighborhood and the city, thanks to its design and integration with the urban environment. 

The project's facade design responds to the asymmetrical condition of the plot, the sunlight to the north, and the views of the Mar del Plata coast to the east. The facade is composed of white aluminum cylinders, creating sunshades to the north and opening up to the east to frame the views. 

The aluminum facade forms a boundary with the exterior, enhancing the relationship of the balconies with the interior, providing spatial quality, privacy, and the filtered light. The design allows for the incorporation of vegetation on the north facade of the building, adding dynamism and enriching both the interior of the residences and the public space.
